The staff were very helpful and breakfast was enjoyable. Room had a wide range of facilities, including a mini-fridge-bar, a heating system and a coffee machine.
-
Location perfect! Staff very friendly! Interior very adapted to the great architecture! Breakfast good, a bit factual in the service, as well as bar! But correct! The rest of the staff was very friendly! Restaurant excellent cuisine and very nice service!
Friendliness at breakfast and at the bar good, but rather basic!

Atmosphere, the location
The bathroom had no window. Ventilation in the room was not optimal because of the glazed atrium.
-
A historical, beautiful accommodation with a view of the castle and one of the most beautiful streets of Krakow. A place where lovers can have a good time.
-
Very good if you like old classic hotels
It must be explained to the guest that there is an excellent but small restaurant, which is not easy to find.

The Copernicus - A Great Hotel in Kraków
b In general: /b This has been our favorite hotel in Kraków for many years. It has maintained its high standards. General Manager Joanna Wilgierz and her staff keep offer wonderful hospitality and service. You could not find a better run hotel in Poland. The underground (literally) swimming pool is amazing. The breakfasts are fabulous. The spa staff friendly and helpful, as is everyone else. The food in the restaurant is Michelin quality. I would not stay anywhere else while in Kraków. br/

Nice room, good breakfast, nice pool/sauna area, good wifi, complimentary water, nice toiletries provided
Sound echos in the central courtyard so it can be noisy in your room, thin pillows. Hot items are offered for breakfast, but they don't tell you about them, there's just a card on the table which makes you feel weird about asking.

The location was PERFECT...easy to walk to shops, museums and restaurants. The restaurant was wonderful and the wait staff competent and delightful. Terrific experience all around....

The hotel staff were terrific, especially the manager. When the hotel was all out of umbrellas, she offered me one from her office. Very hospitable and friendly.

Design of the hotel is just great and does full justice to the history of the buliding and area (view from the terrace is excellent). Small swimming pool in the cave is a jewel in terms of design. Big bathroom. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast.
We had a room with windows towards the inside of the hotel building (courtyard) and people could see inside our room. Obviously there are curtains to cover the windows so ultimately it's not a problem.
-
Great location, just in the city centre between the castle and old town. Staff was very helpful (when arranging an extra bed or storing luggage after check-out) and as a welcome we were upgraded to room 103 which is truly splendid with its decor and antique furniture.
TV wasn't working well - had blurry screen when tried to watch El Clasico
-
Very limited facilities in the public area. Also noise travelled up to the bedroom from people socialising in the bar area.

Was very happy with my stay here. Loved the location to sights, dining and entertainment venues. Wonderful staff, breakfast selections, comfortable rooms and hospitable atmosphere! The pool and sauna were pristine and very relaxing. Highly recommend. Sincerely welcoming without being hovered upon.
Since there aren't any negatives, I'd have to say I couldn't resist the extra calories I consumed when sampling the delicious, homemade, local treats at reception. Mmmm.

The hotel staff really put themselves out to make our stay comfortable. The room was very nice and even when we arrived early they offered us complimentry breakfast, which was very thoughtful since we had been up very early in the morning. They organised for me to have a massage and reception managed to answer any questions we had.
There was nothing I disliked about the hotel. If I had to put 1 thing, I would mention no english channels on the TV except news & Euro Sport. We sometimes like to relax late afternoon/evening and watch a movie. But talking to other people they mentioned the same in their hotel, in fact they had less than us.

the staff were amazingly friendly and highly professional. The little extras in the room made it stand out, l'Occitaine products in the bathroom, chocolates on arrival, bath robes, slippers etc. The restaurant was also excellent
Our room was very very small and I was dissapointed as I had bought this as a gift for my boyfriends 30th birthday, he did not complain but I wanted him to feel that I had spoilt him, also the sheet on the bed was too small and came loose
